Standup

In which Eddie takes centre stage.

Eddie’s stand up is digressive, surreal and free-associative. The live performances are one of a kind. A defining aspect of Eddie's shows is their distinctive visual aesthetic, with each tour – and subsequent DVD or video release – given a striking, unique look.

1993 – Live At The Ambassadors

Set Designer:

None, really. Who invented the idea of a basic bare stage with black painted backdrop? Them. Was it the Greeks? That was more open air stuff. Maybe the Greeks at night time. A cloudy night, or in front of some dense woodland, perhaps. Anyway. Minimalist.
